The transport was clean and comfortable, the timings were well planned, and the driver was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the trip. Thanks to Zen Travels, we were able to fully enjoy the festive atmosphere, attractions, and Christmas markets without worrying about travel arrangements. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable day out. The coach was comfortable and we loved the Christmas music that was played on our journey there and back and the Christmas card and word search was very thoughtful additionto make the day special.
